Boating course starts 9.1.

HSS organizes a boating course in English for the club members. The course starts on Tuesday 9.1.2024 and it is held according to The Finnish Sailing Federation’s training program. It covers basic boating skills and navigation in Finnish waters. The boating course and the boat captain’s course organized afterwards are approved navigation qualifications for the International Certificate for Operations of Pleasure Craft. Registration for the course is open in SuomiSport, which also has more information about the course. The English-language course can also be completed with a Finnish-language exam.
