HSS juniors start ILCA qualifications

During this last weekend 11th and 12th of May, NJK held the first event of the qualifier series for the Youth Sailing Words Championship in the ILCA class.

With 25 boats in ILCA 4 and 22 Boats in ILCA 6. With winds going till around 10 m/s on the first day with an offshore breeze, the races proved to be very challenging with a lot of big shifts and gusts. On the second day of the event, we had an inshore breeze, which kept the wind more consistent and more speed related races. 

In the end, we managed to get amazing results, with 1st and 3rd place in ILCA 4, and 2nd and 3rd place in ILCA 6.
