HSS Kesäleirien peruutusehdot

Leirin varausmaksu on 100 € ja se maksetaan varauksen yhteydessä. Leirin loppumaksu erääntyy maksettavaksi 14 päivää ennen leirin aloitusajankohtaa. Mikäli Ostaja peruu ilmoittautumisen, ei varausmaksua palauteta.

Leiriajankohdan siirtäminen kesän 2026 muille HSS:n kesäleireille on kuitenkin mahdollista. Mikäli leiriajankohtaa siirrettäessä alun perin ostettu leiri on 4-päiväinen ja leiri, jolle siirrytään, on pidempi, on Ostajan maksettava alun perin maksetun hinnan lisäksi erotus 5-päiväisen kesäleirin hintaan. 

Ostaja voi siirtää maksetun leiripaikan veloituksetta toiselle henkilölle (esim. sisarus, sukulainen, ystävä) ilmoittamalla siitä kirjallisesti leirin järjestävälle HSS:lle.

Kesäleiri toteutuu, jos vähintään 5 osallistujaa on ilmoittautunut tapahtumaan 7 päivää ennen alkamisajankohtaa. Jos leirin järjestäminen joudutaan perumaan, palautetaan ostajalle takaisin koko osallistumismaksu. Leiriajankohdan siirtäminen on myös mahdollista (kts. yllä).

HSS Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

The reservation fee for the camp is €100 and it is paid at the time of booking. The remaining camp fee is due 14 days before the start of the camp. If the Buyer cancels the registration, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

However, it is possible to transfer the camp to another HSS summer camp during summer 2026. If the originally purchased camp is a 4‑day camp and the new camp is longer, the Buyer must pay the difference between the price already paid and the price of a 5‑day camp.

The Buyer may transfer the paid camp spot to another person (e.g. sibling, relative, friend) free of charge by notifying the organising body, HSS, in writing.

A summer camp will take place if at least 5 participants have registered no later than 7 days before the start of the camp. If the camp has to be cancelled by Organizing Party the Buyer will receive a full refund of the participation fee. It is also possible to transfer the booking to another camp date (see above).
